Fruity Tuna Salad

(Serve 2)


• 1 can (185g) tuna in spring water
• 1 mango, diced
• ½ grapefruit, diced
• 1 tablespoon raisins
• ½ cucumber, diced
• 80g lettuce, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon fat-free salad dressing or low-fat yogurt


1. Mix all the fruit and tuna with the salad dressing and place them on the lettuce.
2. Serve chilled.

Fat: 1.5g
Dietary Fibre: 4g

鮮果吞拿魚沙律

(4人份量)


• 1罐(185克)礦泉水浸吞拿魚
• 1個芒果(去皮、切粒)
• ½ 個西柚(切粒)
• 1湯匙葡萄乾
• ½ 個青瓜(切片)
• 80克生菜(切絲)
• 1湯匙脫脂沙律醬(或低脂乳酪)


1. 拌勻水果、吞拿魚及沙律醬(或低脂乳酪)放在生菜絲上,即可食用。
2. 冷食效果更佳。
