The 100-Calorie Challenge is a programme of WCRF HK to help you maintain a healthy weight and achieve gradual weight loss in a healthy and achievable way for the prevention of cancer and other chronic diseases. By taking up the Challenge, you will learn how to make small changes to cut 100 Calories from your diet or burn off an extra 100 Calories every day which could have a far reaching impact on your health and well being. Are you up for the Challenge?
Why ‘100 Calorie’?
Researchers think that many people become overweight through an imbalance of only 100 Calories per day which causes a very gradual weight gain. By simply trimming just 100 Calories from your diet or burning off an extra 100 Calories with physical activity every day, you can achieve and maintain a healthy weight and reduce your risk of cancer.

Donations will go to support our cancer prevention education and research programmes that will help people make informed choices to help reduce their cancer risk. A donation receipt will be issued to you or your sponsor at the end of the programme.
